Privacy Policy
This policy explains how conclusive Tech GmbH processes personal data when you use the bitbunny website and EdgeRun version 1.0.

1. Controller and contact
The controller is conclusive Tech GmbH, Lindenhofweg 14, 8043 Graz, Austria, FN 602616 a (“we”). For privacy requests, contact hello@bit-bunny.com.
2. Our apps and the Bitbunny Platform
2.1 Shared optional account
Some of our apps offer optional Bitbunny account and platform features. If you choose to create or sign in to a Bitbunny account, authentication is provided through our Bitbunny Platform at auth.account.bit-bunny.com. Registration and sign-in take place in the system browser, not in an app. Passwords and authentication credentials are handled by the identity service; our apps do not receive or store your password.
For account operation, security and support, the platform may process your account ID, email address, optional display name, preferred language, platform (Android or iOS), an app-local random installation ID, login time and device record. Each app's own section below states the additional data it currently sends for its platform features. The installation ID is generated for the relevant app installation; it is not an IMEI, advertising ID, hardware serial number or other hardware identifier. Authentication tokens are kept in the device's secure storage and are not used for analytics.
2.2 EdgeRun
EdgeRun can be played without creating or signing in to a Bitbunny account. In this mode, the game starts without connecting to the Bitbunny Platform. Game progress, high scores, the selected cursor and audio settings are stored only on the device. They are not transmitted to us unless you choose to sign in.
The current EdgeRun build does not contain advertising, third-party advertising identifiers, location collection, contacts, camera or microphone access, push notifications, third-party crash reporting or third-party in-app analytics.
When you are signed in, EdgeRun sends account-linked game data to enable the requested platform features: app-start time; completed-level data (level ID, distance, duration, deaths and event time); the current game-profile snapshot (highest level, high score, deaths and maximum fill percentage); selected cursor and audio-setting data; achievement status; Bits balance; and ownership, purchase ID, offer ID, price in Bits, time and status for optional cosmetic cursor purchases. We use this data to provide cross-device settings, account display, achievements, Bits and cosmetic entitlements, and to prevent duplicate transactions. Bits are platform rewards; EdgeRun does not collect payment-card or other store-payment data.
We process these data to provide the account and the requested game features (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and where necessary to protect the service against misuse and secure it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our legitimate interests are reliable, secure operation and prevention of fraud or duplicate rewards.
3. Recipients, storage and deletion
The Bitbunny Platform operates the identity service, account portal and API used by EdgeRun. Platform data are stored in our platform systems and are available only to systems and people who need them to operate, secure or support the service. EdgeRun does not send account data to advertising networks or sell personal data.
We retain account and game data only for as long as needed to operate the account and platform features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce rights. You can permanently delete your Bitbunny account in the account portal under Account & Security → Danger zone, or begin the same process at account.bit-bunny.com/delete-account. The process requires sign-in and explicit confirmation. It deletes the Keycloak identity and associated platform data, including EdgeRun settings, devices, game events, game profile, achievements, Bits, purchases and cosmetic entitlements.
To complete and protect this deletion process, the platform retains only an anonymised deleted-account record and deletion-request status. This prevents an already issued access token from recreating platform data before it expires. The deletion flow does not remove data stored only on your device; you can remove that data by uninstalling EdgeRun or clearing its app data. You may also contact hello@bit-bunny.com about your data-protection rights.
4. Website and Matomo
When you visit this website, the hosting provider and our web server process technical request data, including IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device information, referrer URL where provided, and response status. This is necessary to deliver the website, keep it secure and investigate technical errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website directly loads Matomo from stats.lefkopoulos.at and uses it to record page views and link interactions. Matomo may process technical browser and usage data needed for this measurement. We use this information to understand website use and improve the website. We do not use this website measurement for personalised advertising.
5. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect where processing is based on consent. Contact us at hello@bit-bunny.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Our competent supervisory authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, Austria, dsb.gv.at.
